Healthy Masculinity
There’s rightfully been a cultural focus on masculinity. However, most of that focus has to do with where and how masculinity goes wrong and doesn’t discuss what it looks like when it goes right. This can often lead to men not knowing how to be.
Because of this, it can often be a struggle to connect with others, know how to be present in a relationship or how to identify, feel and have healthy expression of emotions.
I provide a place to work through challenges specific to men by helping them develop a healthy identity and develop their strengths.
